- Credex® simply links to your existing credit agency account
- Your credit report pricing remains the same as currently negotiated through your credit agency
- Your credit agency account number login credentials tied to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and your LOS all remain the same
- Charges for credit reports pulled via Credex® are billed at time of service and will display on your credit agency bill with an offsetting credit on all transactions that were processed with a credit card
- Credex® transaction fees are billed separately from credit report charges and are not reflected on your monthly credit agency bill
- A billing receipt detailing both your Credex® transaction fee and credit report charges will be displayed in your LeadVault
