The Learning Center on www.credex.net has been updated!
- Online User Guide with LoanAce, Calyx and FNMA
reissue information.
- Credit Quick Reference with answers to out Top 6 Questions.
- Tradeline Deletions now show as “removed”
on the credit report.
- Price of the credit report is now displayed
on the credit report.
- OFAC search and TU Fraud search are now returned
on all reports, free of charge.
- CreditXpert interface updates.
Now choose between CreditXpert essentials and the CreditXpert what–if simulator to see what can be done to improve borrower's credit scores.
- Need to drop a borrower?
Send an email to support@credex.net with the 15 digit Report ID, located at the top of your credit report, along with the borrower's name to be dropped. We take care of it for free.
- Need a rescore?
To submit a rescore request, send an email to support@credex.net and we'll provide you with the necessary information. This service is $35.00 per borrower, per bureau, per tradeline. A credit card will be required to process this request. In the event that the request is rejected by the bureau's rescore group, a $10 rejected fee will be charged per item.
- Does your borrower's history need to reflect more transactions?
If you need to add data to a report, contact Credex Support at 1.888.927.3339. There is a fee of $8.50
per tradeline update, credit card required.
