Q. Why should I sign up for Credex?

Q. I keep hearing about AppWizard™. How can I make that work for me?
A. AppWizard™ leverages your time! Many of our customers are using it as their primary marketing tool. With the AppWizard™, your borrower can effortlessly fill out an application and pull their credit report online.
The process starts when you send them a customized email prepared by the AppWizard™ that directs the customer to you personalized Credex page. Once they provide the requested information, and click submit, a copy of their application and credit report is automatically delivered to you. Your borrower also receives a secure link to their credit report, a receipt for their credit report payment, and the FACTA notice so you don't have to worry about compliance details! Armed with this customer information, you can respond with a prequalification letter in lightspeed!

Q. What can I do to generate more referrals from my real estate agent referral sources?
A. Read the part above about the AppWizard™ and let's apply it to your referral sources. Instead of you emailing the customer (as explained above), your real estate referral could do it for you. Why would they do that? We have talked to many real estate agents and the two biggest complaints they have about mortgage professional is that:
- You do not get back to the referred customers fast enough.
- You do not keep the real estate agent and customer properly informed on the status of
their loan.
Real estate agents that we have talked to love referring customers to the AppWizard™ because it helps solve both of these problems. Better than that though, it gets their customer qualified quicker at the point of sale. There's nothing worse for a real estate agent than taking people around to look at houses only to find that the customer is not qualified to purchase the property. So, if you've properly armed your referral sources with the AppWizard™ tool, you're making it easy for them to send you referrals. You're also making it easier on yourself to get the customers qualified, because the customer is able to enter their own information, with the added benefit of getting a copy of their credit report (and paying for the report while they are at it).
