Credex® takes seriously the collection and storing of confidential consumer information. That’s why our system uses Verisign for secure ordering and transmission of applicant information and credit card processing. We further protect an applicant’s identity in viewing their mortgage credit report and disclosure by mirroring the authentication process used by the credit repositories for accessing consumer credit reports online. Credex® understands the highly sensitive nature of accessing confidential consumer credit. Users
All Credex® users are approved through their CRA to ensure regulatory compliance and create credentials to securely login to Credex®. The user's visibility to seeing data for their leads is restricted to the user, an office/company administrator, and only those team members the user has designated. All user account passwords are also encrypted and anyone who attempts to reset your password would need access to your email account to retrieve the reset password email.
