Credex Extras
Credex understands that sacrificing existing technological capabilities in order to adopt and streamline processes with other technology products is counter productive. As a result we have made sure to retain some of the most common functionality pieces that brokers and lenders utilize today in their operations.

Software as a Service
Credex is web-based Enterprise Software which means there is no software to download or update and you are always running the newest version available. All you need is an internet connection to log in and have access to your data 24/7, anywhere in the world. All of your lead information is stored on our servers (with exception of the credit report, which is reissued for free from your credit reporting agency when needed) so you need not worry about losing valuable information if something were to happen to your computer.

LOS Import
Credex has direct interfaces with both Calyx Point as well as LoanAce, so you can seamlessly transport your credit data into the LOS. If you are using a different LOS, no problem. We have the Fannie Mae DU 3.2 upload tool built into Credex so you can still transfer the data over and run your business efficiently. You can also reissue reports via your original CRA account to an LOS of your choice.

FNMA Reissues
Reissuing a report to a lender to get a rate quote is important in the Point of Sale process. Credex utilizes your existing CRA's account information, so you have the capability to reissue credit reports into Fannie Mae or any lender's system that uses Fannie Mae reissue technology. This way you can get back to a customer quickly with a pre-qualification letter and a rate quote before you get shopped!

Data Export
Some brokers manage their contact information for prospects and applicants in a CRM application to utilize for their various marketing campaigns. With Credex, you can export all the loan application data and lead information to a CRM or simply save it to an Excel file with just a few simple clicks.
